Placement Assistance

Texas School of Phlebotomy is dedicated to helping students find jobs and will assist in the student's job search effort. Texas School of Phlebotomy does not guarantee employment. Texas School of Phlebotomy will also offer career services that will include but not limited to resume development, interviewing skills, job searches, and leads on job openings.
The school develops contacts with employers and generally has requests from employers for graduates. Texas School of Phlebotomy maintains a contact file of potential employers which is constantly updated. Employers are also invited to come to the Texas School of Phlebotomy for job interview sessions. 

Texas School of Phlebotomy is very proud of the success of our graduates; however, 
Texas School of Phlebotomy does not or will not guarantee employment. 
Students are also informed that they should be ready to relocate upon graduation, as this may increase their employment opportunities. Whenever possible, Texas School of Phlebotomy’s instructors and staff will assist students who are experiencing educational, financial, or personal difficulties. Students who need additional help or other counseling will be assisted in finding outside professionals to assist.

Student Career Assistance Services

• Career Assessment - During enrollment and post-graduation, career assessment and guidance is provided by the Career Guidance Office, Texas School of Phlebotomy staff, and school instructors
• Resume Assistance & Review - Students and graduates are assisted in the design of a new or revision of a current resume by the Texas School of Phlebotomy staff.
• Interview Assistance - Integral to our classes are mock interviews, helpful tips, and commonly asked questions geared toward preparing our students for one on one and group interviews.
