2. Complete the Enrollment Packet: During your appointment, you’ll receive the necessary forms via email. We’ll walk you through these step by step. 

3. Secure Your Spot: A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to hold your place in the class.

Eligibility Requirements

• Education: As part of the phlebotomy course enrollment requirements, you must bring a government-issued ID and proof of education, such as a high school diploma, GED, or college transcript showing 12 completed college hours. This ensures you meet employer expectations after graduation.  

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. There’s no upper age limit—phlebotomy is for everyone!  

• Experience: No healthcare background? No problem! Our course is designed for beginners.  

• Criminal Record: Students with a criminal background are welcome to apply. While certain records may affect job placement, we encourage open discussions with your admissions representative.

• Proof of education: diploma, GED, or transcript showing 12 college credit hours.

• Full Classes: Once a class reaches 12 students, enrollment for that session closes. We focus on smaller class sizes to give each student the attention they need.
